Pulp Fiction

Tell me, who did not look on the movie "pulp fiction"? If there was one, pochityvaya this review, drop everything and go look! Eighteen years later (time flies...) after the world premiere of the immortal picture of Quentin Tarantino will be shown in Russian cinemas. Reanimation of old movies are nothing new, and usually it ends with the prefix "3D". As well, distributors have the decency not to disgrace the "pulp fiction" those useless three-dimensional attraction. And what is there to see in 3D? Except that Marvin's brains scattered on the back seat "Chevy Malibu" in 1964.

In 1992, the world first learned about Quentin Tarantino. Then came his "reservoir dogs". The film, which stunned and amazed moldy Hollywood for his courage, surprise and a completely unique style. Many were convinced that the young upstart of the film distribution will be limited to one film. However, two years later you see "pulp fiction", which in a cosmically short period will acquire a cult status. The film won the "Oscar" and "Golden globe" for best screenplay, and certainly would have a best movie, but 1994 year was paradoxically fruitful for blockbusters. Try potagia with "the Shawshank redemption" or "Forrest Gump".

Rare criticism of "pulp fiction" cling to the rotting straw on the absence of certain ideas in the film, pointing to the numerous insults and absolute amorality of most of the characters. So viewers Quentin Tarantino certainly would recommend a couple simple linear movies that will delight them with its predictability and squeaky clean heroes. But life is not a smooth road, and on her bumps, from wandering where you accidentally got hit in the head of the hapless Negro in the back seat of his car.

The story, invented by Tarantino and Avery, strikes the imagination and makes one enthusiastic to be surprised by their imagination. Tarantino moved away from all the canons of the genre, creating his own, tarantinovskih films. Saying this phrase about a film, most immediately understand what you mean. No inhibitions, no linear plot, no primitivism and many, many, many brilliant dialogues.

None of the Director is not able to boast of so many memorable dialogues like Quentin Tarantino. Every film can be broken down into quotes, and phrases from "pulp fiction" and all can be read from memory, about as well as Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) had read a passage from the Bible. The book of the prophet Ezekiel, Chapter 25, verse...well, 17.

"Pulp fiction" was among the best movies in cinematic history according to the American film Institute. And if you don't believe me, believe at least to him.
